 IT’S THE FAST AND EASY WAY TO ENSURE YOUR KIDS EAT RIGHT AT SCHOOL

Dear Parent:

 Chico Christian School has partnered with orderlunches.com to provide a secure, fast and easy to use, online ordering system that allows our parents to view our Treat Meal menu, order, prepay and manage your child’s lunches on the web.

 Follow These Simple Steps to Sign Up & Order

• Complete profile page
• Enter the school password:  chico33 and click continue
• At the child’s profile page - enter your child’s first and last name and select the applicable Room/Teacher/Grade/Lunch Session that applies to your child from the drop down, click “add student profile” for each child you are registering and once all children have been added click “finished”
• Your registration is now complete! You may now order meals at any time by logging into the system with your username and password
• After you have logged in, click the name of the child you wish to order for and their lunch calendar will be displayed.  Select the appropriate month and click edit on the days you wish to place/change/cancel an order for.

Payment information

• The lunch program accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or your debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo and personal check
• Please note if you pay by personal check your menu will be saved however, you will not be able to print your menu confirmation report or make changes until your check has been received and processed
• To check status of your check clearance go to “order history”
• Please make checks payable to Chico Christian School and turn in your payment to the school office.
• Please note that Treat Meal tickets will no longer be sold in the school office.

Menu Cycle Schedule

 The Treat Meal Menu will be posted for the entire school year and all orders must be placed a minimum of 2 days (by 11:59 pm Tuesday) prior to your child’s Treat Meal on Friday.

Other Important Information

• Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed
• Days marked with  contain specific messages from your school
• Orders that are paid by personal check must be received within 2 days of your transaction date or your pending order will be cancelled
• Always view and/or print your child’s menu confirmation report after submitting payment to ensure your order is accurate
• Changes/Cancellations can be made for student lunch orders providing they are processed prior to the order deadline : 2 days prior (by 11:59pm Tues. prior to the Friday Treat Meal)
• Changes/Cancellations will result in a credit to your account will be applied to your next order within the same school year only
• No refunds are available for missed lunches
• Minimum $20.00 order at checkout, otherwise $1.00 handling fee is charged

Forgot Password

• Use the “Forgot Password” feature at the home page and a new temporary password will be emailed to you

• Please do not attempt to re-register as this creates duplicate records and your menu WILL NOT BE SAVED.
